WordCamps are a wonderful way to connect with the WordPress Community that we all love.
You get to meet people who have completely different “relationships” with WordPress – website owners, bloggers, developers, freelancers, content writers, plugin and theme businesses and enterprises. Add to it the fact that WordCamps attract people from all corners of the World (or at least the region for local WordCamps), and it becomes an irresistible mix of opinions, views and ideas.
I always come back super-enthused after attending WordCamps and all the positive energy there, keeps me going for a long time.
So here is a list of 10 WordCamps to look forward to in 2026.
That is not to say that the ones not listed here are in any way less “important” – it’s just that these seem very interesting, and are the ones I hope to attend in-person or online.
WordCamp Kolhapur (31st January – 1st February, 2026)
This is a local WordCamp in India and it is only the second time that Kolhapur is organising one, but the energy is infectious! I am excited about watching them grow as a community, over time.
WordCamp Asia (9th April – 11th April,2026)
This year’s WordCamp Asia s planned for Mumbai, India – a city unlike any other. It literally is a city that never sleeps – and nothing ever seems to faze the people who live there. Attend this one and tell me if you disagree.
WordCamp Europe (4 June – 6 June, 2026)
This one’s in Kraków, Poland – and a flagship WordCamp that seems to be somewhat accessible to a large number of people from the WordPress Community. I don’t think I will be able to attend this one in-person, but I will be watching it from the sidelines for sure.
I will keep adding to this list, as more WordCamps are announced through the year. Are there any WordCamps that you are tracking this year? Leave a comment and let me know.
